HOW TO USE FIRST Prime the lid with NDs EYESHADOW BASE (sold separately). This lightweight, velvety formula adheres shadows to the lid for vibrant all-day wear. FOR A SHEER FINISH Using the tip of your finger, apply a small amount to the center of the lid & use the warmth of your skin to spread a sheer wash of color. FOR A ONE-SWIPE MULTICHROME LOOK Use the doe foot applicator to apply an even layer across the entire lid for a bolder, more saturated look. AS AN EYELINER Dip a small precision eyeliner brush into the tube and apply to the lash line. Allow to dry fully before applying other products.
