Like its predecessor, the Javelin Original, the Javelin X is capable of using all standard size tattoo needle cartridges. The Javelin X retains its gentle touch at low voltages, just like its predecessor, but it is also imbued with speed and raw power. The cam bearing is a 3.5mm stroke, which is more than enough to line, pack and shade.
