- HOW TO USE ON SKIN: Mix 1 part clay with 2 parts water. Whisk, adding more clay or water as needed until you get a smooth consistency. Apply to skin (avoiding the eyes) and let the clay dry for 15-20 minutes.
- HOW TO USE ON HAIR: Mix 1 part clay with 2 parts water. Whisk, adding more clay or water as needed until you get a smooth consistency. Begin at the roots and massage clay throughout, then leave for 5-10 minutes (do not let it fully dry). Rinse with warm water.
- PRO TIP: Use a plastic bowl and spoon when mixing the clay with water or apple cider vinegar. Why? Because a metal bowl takes away the clay's electrical charge which is what draws out the impurities from skin and pores.
