Instructions for Use
Use the sealing end: align the tip of the preformed airfoil seal with the eye tail, and gently press to obtain a symmetrical and clear eyeliner pen bottom of the airfoil.
Contour and filling: Flip over to the tip of a fine pen, start from the head or eyes, and smoothly draw along the base of the eyelashes towards the end of the eyes, naturally connecting and filling the sealing line.
Make up: Wait a few seconds to completely dry the eyeliner pencil liquid. To achieve a stronger effect, you can wait until the first layer is completely dry before repeating the stacking process.
