HOW TO USE: Use overnight on clean, dry body skin, before moisturizer. Apply a thin layer to desired areas (neck, chest, arms, legs, butt, stomach). Avoid sensitive or broken skin. Follow up with an emollient, hydrating body moisturizer, like Carea Cream Moisturizing + Softening Body Lotion (sold separately), or use the "sandwich method" by layering on top of body moisturizer, waiting until absorbed, and then sealing in with another layer of moisturizer. This will prevent increased dryness associated with retinol. Always diligently use a sunscreen rated SPF 30 or higher. New to Software Update? Start by using once a week and gradually increase to a maximum of four nights per week (or as tolerated by your skin). Additional considerations: Body retinols are typically formulated at 0.1 percent, making this product 2.5X more potent. External use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
