HOW TO USE: Light up the lid and brow bone using a brush or finger to apply. Use a dry brush for a sweep of sparkle, wet for bolder coverage or with Mehron Mixing Liquid for full dramatic intensity. Press on with a finger to enhance the centre of the lid with a hit of sparkle. Apply to the inner corner with a small detail brush. External use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
