Medium Sugar is going to be great for pretty much all body areas and all hair types. It's not too firm and not too soft. Users still may prefer a firmer sugar for the hot body areas like bikini, Brazilian and underarms. If you are brand new to sugaring, the Firm is recommended to start with until you are able to do the flick method without it melting by having the control of the sugar and keeping it on your fingertips. Medium is recommended for Salon use as well, especially for salons who mainly would be using it on face and brows. Sugaring Paste used for removing hair from the body and face. The hair must be grown out for the sugar to remove it. Sugar paste can be used with a strip of cloth to remove it. However, the manufacturer made My Gold Sugar primarily for the stripless method or 'flick method' which they like to call it. The paste is meant to only be slightly warmed prior to use (10 seconds in a microwave). It can also be warmed in a sugar or wax warmer. If a wax warmer is used, be sure to keep it on the very lowest setting.
